NexifyWeb retains the right to showcase non-confidential project work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, access credentials, and necessary resources.

NexifyWeb will not be responsible for delays caused due to missing information or approvals from the client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

This includes business data, credentials, internal processes, and proprietary information.

8. Third-Party Services

NexifyWeb may integrate third-party tools, APIs, or Zoho applications as requested.

We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or limitations imposed by third-party platforms, including Zoho.

9. Limitation of Liability

NexifyWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered.

10. Warranties & Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth or profit increase.

All services are provided on a best-effort basis using industry best practices.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.

Payments for work completed up to the termination date must be settled.

Confidentiality and intellectual property clauses shall survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

NexifyWeb reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
